About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Psychological Associate to join our interdisciplinary team at Carolina Pediatric Therapy. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with children and their families, providing outpatient testing and therapy services in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing for children ages birth through school-age
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of psychological and behavioral challenges
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, educators, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and families
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing expertise and knowledge to enhance the quality of care we provide

Requirements
  • Licensure in Psychology
  • Two years' experience working with pediatrics, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting
  • Experience and training in evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or trauma-informed practices
  • Experience and training in various psychological tests and assessments
  • Ability to work in a cooperative teamwork environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services
