About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to work with children and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat children with speech and language disorders in a variety of settings, including clinics, daycares, and schools.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and behavioral health clinicians, to provide comprehensive care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and learning collaboratives to stay current with best practices and research.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the company by sharing expertise and ideas.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • ASHA certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • 2+ years of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in feeding disorders.
