Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat children with speech and language disorders in a variety of settings, including clinics, daycares, and schools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, and behavioral health clinicians, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and learning collaboratives to stay current with best practices and research.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company by sharing expertise and ideas.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in feeding disorders.
