Business Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers, providing guidance on complex homeowner scenarios, resolving homeowner complaints, establishing monthly sales goals, monitoring quantitative and qualitative performance, and providing coaching to team members who do not meet performance expectations.
You will also develop and implement monthly sales training plans, interview and hire new Account Managers, guide them through the onboarding process, meet with cross-functional partners regularly to provide support on sales-related initiatives, and develop strategies for call campaigns including establishing call volume expectations, creating scripting, establishing SLAs, etc.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in sales management with a focus on performance management of telephonic sales, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives, and prior experience managing remote teams and utilizing specific metrics in monitoring performance.
