Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at Diaz Consulting. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, providing vital administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office schedules and calendars to optimize time and productivity.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, meetings, and special events.
  • Maintain an organized filing system to support easy access to documents and information.
  • Oversee inventory and ordering of office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked office environment.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and documentation.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage office logistics effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
