Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Setting up new projects within our construction database
  • Ensuring accurate project tracking and reporting
  • Coordinating with field personnel to schedule inspections and activities
  • Reconciling receipts and job costs
  • Maintaining project records and reports

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our accounting and human resource teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

In this role, you will be required to possess excellent organizational and administrative skills, as well as strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
