Job Description:

NextEdge is looking for an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of projects within the wireless industry. This role involves assisting project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
Project Execution:
  • Assist project managers in tracking project progress and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with project managers, operations, and customers to gather project requirements and deliverables.
Communication:
  • Coordinate effective communication among stakeholders.
Risk Management:
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Documentation:
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports, schedules, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management in telecommunications technology or infrastructure projects.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
