Job Summary:

This position provides programmatic, fiscal, and administrative support to the SC Nexus Education and Workforce Center grant project team. The ideal candidate will maintain all fiscal and programmatic documents and electronic records for the SC Nexus EWC grant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all fiscal and programmatic documents and electronic records for the SC Nexus EWC grant
  • Collect, compile, and monitor all SC Nexus EWC grant data in the designated Grants Management System
  • Collaborate with South Carolina Technical College System (SCTCS) staff, Technical College staff, and community stakeholders to collect necessary information
  • Assist with facilitating the grant Employer Collaborative through coordination of meetings, stakeholder management, and project management of meeting outcomes
  • Perform on-site and desktop monitoring of grant fund recipients to ensure compliance

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience
  • Knowledgeable of institutional guidelines and state and local policies related to the position
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan and organize multiple priorities and tasks

Salary Range: $38,985.00 - $72,134.00 annually, depending on location and experience.
