**Administrative Operations Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at McGrath. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful coordination of our modular building projects.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers, and coordinators, to ensure timely execution of projects and meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in a professional business environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior logistics experience is a plus, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word is required. Knowledge of construction terms is preferred.

**What You'll Do**

  1. Coordinate the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers.
  2. Work closely with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers, and coordinators to ensure timely execution of projects.
  3. Provide direct support to sales, vendors, and customers to coordinate the movement of equipment and work orders.
  4. Communicate with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
