Administrative Operations Coordinator Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at McGrath. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the delivery, installation, and removal of modular buildings with internal partners, vendors, and customers.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with sales representatives, vendor partners, project managers, and coordinators to ensure timely execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
In this position, you will provide direct support to sales, vendors, and customers to coordinate the movement of equipment and work orders. You will also communicate with vendors, contractors, architects, and customers clearly and succinctly in writing or verbally.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working in a professional business environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior logistics experience is a plus, and proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word is required. Knowledge of construction terms is preferred.
