Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Risk Assurance Expert to protect our projects from potential risks and ensure successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Risk Identification and Analysis

Identify potential risks associated with commercial construction projects, including liabilities, insurance coverage, indemnities, and other legal obligations, and analyze their impact on project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety.

Risk Mitigation Strategies

Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize or eliminate identified risks, collaborate with project teams and insurance providers to ensure adequate insurance coverage, and integrate risk management processes into overall project plans.

Regulatory Compliance and Knowledge

Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and best practices, maintain knowledge of market trends and guidelines, and provide recommendations for cost-effective risk management solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in risk management, insurance, or a related field (ideally in the construction, engineering, or commercial industries)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum
