Responsibilities:
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
Benefits:
  • Salary plus commission/bonus (Salary can range based on experience but starts at $30,000 annual + commissions)
