Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Shawn Fischer - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our agency, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Salary plus commission/bonus (Salary can range based on experience but starts at $30,000 annual + commissions)
- Draw plus commission
- Learning to market property/casualty, life, health, and bank products
- Setting sales and growth goals
- Working closely with the agent to gain an understanding of the agent's role and office logistics
- Learning how to network effectively
