This role is integral to the Branch Network, primarily focused on delivering Wealth Management solutions to individuals and families to fulfill their financial aspirations. Collaborating closely with the Senior Financial Consultant (FC), the Financial Consultant Partner will assist in the growth and management of a distinguished wealth management practice. This encompasses client servicing, relationship enhancement, and providing guidance alongside the practice clients of the Senior Financial Consultant. The Financial Consultant Partner will contribute to the practice's expansion by working with their Senior FC to explore business development avenues.

As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you will be at the forefront, serving as a trusted ally to our Senior Financial Consultants (FC) and their clientele. Through your honed expertise, you will deepen relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying business development prospects while learning from your Senior FC throughout the journey. You'll support the growth and management of a prestigious wealth management practice, delivering exceptional service, guidance, and relationship management. What you have

Required Qualifications:

A valid and active Series 7 license is essential (license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program) A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license is required (license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Capacity to identify new relationship development opportunities Willingness to create, refresh, and deliver financial plans for practice clients in collaboration with your Senior Financial Consultant(s) Ability to recognize and meet client needs while managing expectations effectively Skill in building and maintaining strong cross-enterprise working relationships Capability to become a Notary Experience in updating and compiling client information through Schwab's internal customer relationship management (CRM) tool is advantageous Willingness to manage local events as necessary Why work for us?
