Lead Financial Consultant

The Hollister Group is seeking a Lead Financial Consultant with a strong background in nonprofit financial management, who is eager to grow into more advanced financial leadership roles. The successful candidate will be reliable, meticulous, and well-versed in U.S. GAAP and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
  • Review and prepare financial documentation, including statements, agreements, ledgers, budgets, and cash flow reports
  • Conduct verification and reconciliation of bank statements, tax documents, and balance sheets
  • Manage daily financial operations and month-end closing processes
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial disclosures and analytical reports
  • Identify and address financial discrepancies effectively

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
