Social Media Campaign Coordinator

Gather25 is a global initiative that aims to mobilize the Church to reach the world with the gospel. Our vision is to equip people with resources, events, and community to learn about God and disciple others.
We believe that discipleship is the key to changing the world, and that's why we're hosting Gather25, a 25-hour event that will bring together the global Church across five continents for prayer, repentance, and commissioning.
Job SummaryThe Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating innovative campaigns that engage and grow Gather25's online audience. This role will work closely with the Digital Marketing Director to deliver a consistent brand message across all social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create monthly campaign calendars and develop social media strategies to deliver the brand's message in creative ways
- Produce content and assets for social media channels, including graphics, videos, and written materials, in collaboration with the creative team
- Edit videos and create engaging content for social media
- Maintain and manage all social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement
- Own daily digital community management, including responding to queries and comments
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and social media analytics, providing insights for improvement
- Assist in executing effective paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads
- Assist in executing additional digital marketing avenues, including email campaigns and newsletters
- Coordinate with influencers and partners to create compelling collaborations for Gather25 social media channels
- Research advertising opportunities on like-minded platforms to expand reach
- Stay immersed in the social media landscape, evaluating emerging platforms, tools, strategies, and trends to provide fresh ideas
- BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven 1-3 years minimum working experience in digital marketing or social media
- Passion for content creation and social media
- Strong copywriting & script writing skills
- High attention to detail
- Familiarity with Adobe programs, including InDesign and Photoshop
- Familiarity with other creative platforms, including Capcut and Canva
- Firm understanding and familiarity of working with Brand Guidelines and Style Guides
- Up-to-date on current media, industry and consumer trends that affect audiences
- Demonstrable experience managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in and enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
