Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Advocate Media-Dallas Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and building digital sales, developing and executing clients' programmatic advertising programs, and consulting, developing, and presenting client-specific marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and build digital sales, including selling print ads
  • Develop and execute clients' programmatic advertising programs
  • Consult, develop, and present client-specific marketing plans
  • Work on digital product development for target audiences
  • Meet with current and potential clients to generate new ad revenue
  • Generate new leads and develop new business partnerships
  • Achieve and beat monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales, preferably in digital and social media
  • Proficiency in using Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Facebook
  • Knowledge of the latest digital media trends
  • Highly self-motivated and passionate about the Internet, social media, and digital content
