Job Description: As a Territory Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies in the Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin region. You will work closely with the sales management team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the territory
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with existing customers
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice to customers
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve sales objectives
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development and sales
- A deep understanding of the firearms industry, including products, services, and market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
