Job Title: Sales Territory Associate Leader

Job Summary:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive growth and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Territory Management: You will manage and develop a book of business, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify new business opportunities, implement sales strategies, and participate in marketing initiatives to drive growth and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, providing expert support for pricing, quoting, credit terms, and orders to meet customer needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, warehouse, and inside sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service goals.

Candidates Should Have:

  • Experience in outside B2B sales or territory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Estimated Salary: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary for this position to be around $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
