Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Business Development Specialist to join our team at MSX International. In this role, you will work closely with Field Service Development Managers to implement service strategies and grow the business in assigned regions.

As an Automotive Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing service lane processes, training dealers, and monitoring their progress. You will also work collaboratively with decision-makers at all levels of dealership management to increase objectives such as service lane processes, OnStar activations, customer retention, and dealer profitability.

You will provide face-to-face sales and technical training, assist dealers with OnStar reactivations, and help them improve LOF/MPVI cycle times. You will track metric progress of assigned dealers, qualify and evaluate new dealerships, and ensure proper Business Development Center (BDC) service department integration.

Your success will be measured by meeting defined metric goals for assigned dealers within a set geographic area. You will also travel as necessary, including overnights, attend regional and national training events, and utilize company-provided vehicles.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
