Job Description: As a Sales Growth Specialist at City Laundering Company, you will be responsible for establishing and driving new business through rental revenue opportunities using a consultative and relational sales approach. You will sell contractual agreements to businesses, increase company revenue, and engage in various activities such as prospecting, cold-calling, sales qualification, sales presentations, follow-up appointments, territory management, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell rental service agreements and direct sale products to increase company revenue.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities, conduct cold-calls, and engage in sales qualification activities.
  • Use CITY's relationship management software program, Saleforce.com, to generate leads and set appointments with qualified prospects.
  • Manage territory and activity independently, setting an average of 4+ appointments per day.
  • Present proposals to interested prospects using the selling system and methods taught by the Director of Sales.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers, potential customers, and coworkers.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing Salesforce.com to track progress.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 1-3 years of sales or related experience.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
