We are in search of a Lead Electro-Mechanical Specialist to guarantee the seamless integration, testing, and upkeep of all machinery.

This position provides a unique opportunity to join a burgeoning team that is poised to revolutionize the delivery of inspection services.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both Electrical and Mechanical disciplines, outstanding communication abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously on various projects.


Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
- Wire electrical panels, including tasks such as cutting, stripping, ferruling, and crimping wires.
- Execute mechanical tasks including stud shooting, cutting, grinding, and drilling.
- Assemble and install both mechanical and electrical components/systems.
- Operate and troubleshoot x-ray inspection machinery.
- Act as the primary contact for preventive maintenance and hardware repairs on laboratory equipment.
- Assist in Factory Acceptance Tests and Incoming Inspections for new products or components.
- Provide feedback on redline drawings to support engineering in process enhancements and product improvements.
- Independently assemble equipment according to provided schematics and drawings.
- Participate in the initial assembly of new products, ensuring all machines are effectively integrated, tested, and maintained.
- Collaborate with suppliers to discuss current builds.

Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with wiring electrical panels and executing mechanical tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities for both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and assemble equipment based on received drawings and schematics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as necessary.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Familiarity with CAD drawings and PLM systems, such as Agile for managing and filing drawings.
- Flexibility in work hours, with the potential for overtime as needed. Occasional requirements may include staying late or arriving early.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for process improvements to the engineering team.
- A personable demeanor that fits well within our small startup environment.

Education:
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
