Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as a system driver for RAPID reticle inspection systems. This involves coordinating tool time, maintenance, support engineering projects, and tool recovery. The system driver will technically sustain, support, debug, improve, and maintain tool uptime and availability for engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical problem-solving and root cause analysis to determine the most effective troubleshooting methods.
  • Responsible for services engineering tools activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing highly complex capital equipment.
  • Perform preventative maintenance or recovery tasks using pre-defined procedures.
  • Solve complex problems and determine technical understanding requirements, consult with PSO, Design, and Manufacturer Engineering teams, and host meetings with multiple teams to discuss technical issues and determine the Plan of Action.
  • Support Design Engineering testing and qualifying new designs.

Requirements

  • Ability to understand and logically solve problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical systems.
  • Experience working on electronic systems within the semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical tools.
  • Occasional travel domestic and international.
  • Window and Unix background is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • Master's Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years.
