Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a controller or senior leadership capacity.
  • Experience managing a department with over 20 personnel in current or previous roles.
  • Strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
  • Proven track record in team development and leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software and ERP systems.
