Key Responsibilities

The Senior Vice President of Property Acquisitions will be tasked with:

  • Securing substantial development agreements through the procurement of residential lots and land.
  • Negotiating and finalizing all contracts related to land acquisitions.
  • Conducting thorough underwriting of all acquisitions in accordance with LGI standards.
  • Managing potential acquisition budgets and associated costs.
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising additional personnel as necessary.
  • Traveling as required for site evaluations and meetings.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Property Acquisitions should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the homebuilding sector.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.
