Position Overview:

The International Sales Specialist will be pivotal in managing and overseeing account operations for THD and HD Supply. This role encompasses vendor relations, purchase order processing, and tracking sales performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of THD and HD Supply account business, ensuring effective vendor management and efficient processing of purchase orders.
  • Input purchase orders into the CRM system, coordinate product shipments, and guarantee timely delivery to clients.
  • Address and resolve sales-related issues, developing actionable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer service interactions, effectively handling complaints and feedback.
  • Enhance product visibility and information on THD.COM and HDS.COM platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to analyze product sales and refine proposals for improved outcomes.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics to optimize inventory forecasting in collaboration with third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
  • Supervise inventory management, stock reporting, and product returns with 3PL partners.
  • Maintain robust communication and coordination with 3PL partners to ensure seamless inventory management and delivery processes.
  • Support sales representatives on new initiatives, including managing samples and conducting store visits.
  • Perform additional related duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing THD and HD Supply account operations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of domestic supply chain models, retail operations, and sales analytics.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, analysis, and inventory oversight.
  • Experience with 3PL operations and familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
