Job Title: Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:

Columbus McKinnon is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute business plans to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Provide sales support and training to channel partners and customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 1+ years of field sales experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel percentage > 50%, mostly within driving distance.
  • Remote in-home office.
  • Required to reside within territory of Greenville SC or Charlotte NC.
