- Understand customer strategy, organization, operations, and decision-makers to maximize Renesas business share at the account.
- Develop and maintain strong customer engineering, purchasing, and management relationships.
- Work closely with global and cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Own and drive the end-to-end business results at assigned customer accounts.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
- Cumulative GPA 3.0 or higher.
- Geographically flexible with the ability to work from home and travel for customer interactions.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering (Graduation May 2025 or sooner).
- Cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher.
- Ability to balance technical skills with communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results working with a team.
- Proactive self-starter with strong detail orientation.
- Strong personal accountability and competitive drive.
- Strong time management skills.
- Competitive annual total compensation pay range of $68,000 - $108,000.
- Eligibility for bonus pay.
- A full range of elective benefits, including medical, health savings account, dental, vision, health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts, pre-tax commuter benefits, life insurance, AD&D, and pet insurance.
- Company-paid life insurance and AD&D, LTD, short term medical benefits, paid sick time, paid holidays, and accrued paid vacation.
