Position Overview:

The International Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the operations of key accounts, specifically focusing on vendor relations, purchase order management, and sales performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the account operations for major clients, ensuring effective vendor management and processing of purchase orders.
  • Input purchase orders into the CRM system, coordinate product shipments, and guarantee timely delivery to clients.
  • Identify and resolve sales-related issues, developing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Enhance product visibility and information on relevant online platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to analyze product performance and refine sales proposals.
  • Monitor sales metrics to improve inventory forecasting in collaboration with third-party logistics providers.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock reports, stock-taking, and product returns.
  • Maintain strong communication with logistics partners to ensure seamless inventory management and delivery processes.
  • Support sales representatives on new initiatives, including managing samples and conducting store visits.
  • Perform additional related duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in account operations within the relevant industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of domestic supply chain models, retail operations, and sales analytics.
  • Proficient in sales reporting, analysis, and inventory management practices.
  • Experience with third-party logistics operations and familiarity with SAP and CRM systems.
