Job Summary

The Principal Aircraft Maintenance Technician is a critical role within our Flight Operations team, responsible for ensuring the airworthiness and reliability of our corporate aircraft fleet. This position requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee all aspects of aircraft maintenance, from scheduling and coordination to hands-on maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement aircraft maintenance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.
  • Oversee the work of contract maintenance personnel and ensure that all maintenance activities are completed to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to develop and implement safety management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate aircraft maintenance, with a strong background in airframe and powerplant maintenance.
  • Valid FAA Mechanic certificate with Airframe and Powerplant rating.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA standards and regulations related to aircraft maintenance and inspection.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
