KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Disassemble aircraft for inspection and repair processes.
2. Identify mechanical or electrical issues and resolve them efficiently.
3. Conduct various maintenance assessments to verify that all components function optimally and that the aircraft is safe for operation.
4. Execute quality inspections on the work performed by colleagues to ensure adherence to compliance and performance benchmarks.
5. Analyze flight data to troubleshoot malfunctions and performance issues.
6. Carry out dynamic propeller balancing and tire balancing tasks.
7. Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, oxygen refills, tire inspections, and oil filter sampling.
8. Clean components in preparation for installation.
9. Maintain cleanliness in the aircraft engine compartment, cabin, windows, and exterior surfaces.
10. Install system software and databases accurately.
11. Diligently document readings, labor, and parts utilized.
12. Interpret maintenance manuals and other technical documents effectively.
13. Review and analyze aircraft maintenance records.
14. Request necessary parts from inventory as required.
15. Maintain a tidy workspace and ensure tools are organized.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
1. FAA Airframe, Powerplant, or combined Airframe and Powerplant Certificate is mandatory.
2. Practical experience is preferred.
3. Familiarity with FAA regulations is essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Exceptional care with aircraft, components, equipment, and tools.
2. Proficiency in operating both powered and manual hand tools.
3. Ability to accurately measure and interpret gauge readings.
4. Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, balancing, stooping, reaching, and pulling.
5. Willingness to follow directions and ask pertinent questions.
6. Commitment to completing tasks as directed.
7. Basic understanding of engineering, physics, and mathematics principles.
8. Appreciation for quality craftsmanship, teamwork, and excellence.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role is situated within a dynamic aviation maintenance setting.
