Job Overview:

POSITION SUMMARY

Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek is seeking enthusiastic, lively, and music-loving individuals to fill seasonal job openings.

This role is hourly and operates exclusively on concert days.

The position involves engaging with guests to promote various venue amenities, including VIP Club access, Premier Parking, Seat Upgrades, Reserved Parking, and Lawn Chair Rentals.

As part of the ancillary sales team, you will collaborate closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager to determine available offers for each event and effectively communicate these to attendees.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working autonomously while being part of a cohesive team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome all guests and provide assistance with any inquiries regarding the venue.
Communicate daily specials on Premier and Reserved parking, upcoming ticket promotions, and seat upgrades.
Sell, distribute, and manage lawn chairs throughout the venue.
Assist the Ancillary Manager with the setup and breakdown of signage, tables, and tents as necessary.
Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate till balancing at the end of each event.
Participate in post-event cleanup, including sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.
Manage our cashless payment system, as we operate without cash.

QUALIFICATIONS
This position requires constant mobility, including walking and standing, and may involve lifting/carrying items weighing over 25 pounds.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Successful completion of a pre-employment background check is required.
Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
Good judgment, tact, and diplomacy are crucial.
Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings, is necessary.
