Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Collaborate with branch managers and sales teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and track individual performance goals and provide coaching and mentoring to staff
- Establish and manage the achievement of assigned team and individual sales production goals
- Represent the bank by actively participating in outside civic/community affairs, business/industry-related organizations, and other professional activities as appropriate
Requirements:
- College degree is a plus
- Three to five years experience in a similar capacity with management/supervisory responsibilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of branch service functions
- Thorough knowledge of bank policies and procedures
- General knowledge of complex support systems, branch efficiency and productivity, and personnel policies and procedures
- Direct sales experience desired
- Computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required
- Good management skills with an emphasis on planning, organization, and scheduling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bi-lingual English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) must have
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
