ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Client Relationship Manager, your main focus will be on cultivating new business opportunities and enhancing existing client partnerships to foster growth and achieve organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing new client relationships to expand our reach.
- Maintaining and nurturing current client connections.
- Increasing engagement and profitability within existing accounts.
- Meeting or surpassing annual performance targets for client acquisition and retention.
- Acting as the primary point of contact between clients and various internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Representing Penn Foster Inc at community events and networking functions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will:
- Generate new business while providing top-notch service to current clients.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in business development and market expansion.
- Build and sustain effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across departments.
- Identify and cultivate referral sources to drive new business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals based on client needs.
- Participate in industry-related events and seminars to enhance professional knowledge and network.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong sales background, ideally with a minimum of 7 years in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new business and providing outstanding client service.
- In-depth knowledge of market trends and a robust network of contacts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This is a full-time position that may require extended hours and occasional weekend commitments. The role involves local travel during business hours to meet with clients and attend events.
