What You Will Do:
To succeed in this role, you'll be responsible for looking for new b2b partners for our API program, which integrates our content library to the client's website. You'll develop trust and long-term relationships with clients, acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. You'll also ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams. Additionally, you'll resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Your Qualifications:
We're looking for individuals who add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. You might be a great candidate for this or other opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer support for at least 2 years, strong communication skills, a willingness to structure, execute, and develop complex partnerships, and advanced English (written and oral) skills.
