**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to join our New York team. As a key member of our BDM team, you will be responsible for selling Fooda's multiple products to B2B, mid-market, and enterprise clients across various verticals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to build relationships and set meetings with potential Fooda customers.
  • Identify opportunities and create solutions for a hybrid work environment that meets recognized needs while maximizing dollars and efficiency.
  • Lead all steps of Fooda's sales cycle, including presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with decision makers across mid-market and enterprise companies in the east coast region.
  • Learn and understand the Fooda training program, including best practices within the sales process and managing your activity in our CRM.
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness in connecting with new customers and showing diligence with follow-up communications to ensure a close.
  • Collaborate with Fooda's operations team in your assigned markets to execute client launches and maintain productive, growing relationships.

**What We're Looking for:**

  • 4+ years of new business development experience with at least two in an outside sales, closing capacity.
  • Experience in navigating decision makers across mid-market and enterprise level companies.
  • Ability to chase goals and do what it takes to win because you believe results matter most.
  • Strategic thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as a team-player.
  • Experience with cold-calling and sourcing strategies to reach decision makers.
