The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven and seasoned sales-driven account manager who can spot opportunities easily through existing client engagement and has a track record of building lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Strategic Client Solutions and will be responsible for advising on and fostering opportunities to sell the migration of SAP ByDesign/SAP Business One to S/4HANA Cloud, BTP, and ECC. You will manage the sales and account relationship for select Core Clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Sales Pipeline Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client engagement. This includes nurturing VistaVu's relationship with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and clients to manage and assist the sales team by ensuring existing clients get engaged.
  • Sell our ByDesign/Business One to S/4HANA Cloud package offering.
Sales Cycles
  • Take ownership of the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. This includes leveraging other employees with the required skill sets to complete sales tasks.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and solution presentations to prospects, demonstrating the value and benefits of our S/4HANA Cloud Public & Private and BTP solutions. This includes completing the Digital Discovery Assessment tool as required and registering leads in the SAP Partner Portal.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects and implementation consultants, to develop customized client proposals and solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Follow and sell our package offering unless otherwise approved.
Pipeline Reporting and Analysis
  • Track and analyze sales pipeline metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on pipeline statistics, sales activities, and revenue forecasts to each business unit leader and the executive team.
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and challenges and make strategic recommendations to enhance sales effectiveness.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or other related disciplines.
  • You have a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in sales within the ERP industry.
  • You are experienced and exposed to SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.
  • You are familiar with SAP modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
  • You understand how SAP ERP solutions can address business needs and drive operational efficiencies.
  • You have a strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with existing clients and internal stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • You have a good understanding of our company's sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • You adapt and follow established sales processes to navigate and close deals effectively.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with overall business objectives.
  • You demonstrate a sense of urgency and proactively identify key qualifying factors in the sales process.
  • You exhibit good persuasion and negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure commitments.
  • You are meticulous and pay attention to detail in all aspects of work, including documentation, contracts, and customer requirements.
