Are you dedicated to making a difference and seeking a workplace that genuinely appreciates your efforts? We are currently in search of an Administrative Support Coordinator who will undertake a variety of clerical responsibilities to assist the different departments assigned.

Responsibilities may encompass maintaining records, overseeing test administration, conducting research as needed, entering data related to quality control metrics, scheduling candidates, confirming test results, supervising testing facilities, managing travel arrangements, and performing other clerical duties as required.


Key Qualifications:
Must possess the capability to assist candidates navigating the pre-selection process by coordinating various necessary appointments for recruitment
Must be adept at scheduling, registering, confirming test results, and overseeing testing facilities as part of proctoring and validation services
Must be equipped to handle inquiries from candidates in a call center environment and proficiently navigate the applicant shared service recruitment platform
Must be able to welcome and check in candidates for their pre-selection appointments throughout the day at the reception area, and prepare documentation packages for new hires
Must be skilled in assisting employees with deployment preparations, formulating strategies, and reporting quality control metrics for global assignments
Must have the ability to train incoming Administrative Support Coordinators as replacements
A High School diploma is mandatory
Three (3) years of experience in general office operations with strong interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills, along with three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneNote, web browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE), and database entry, as well as familiarity with PeopleSoft programs is essential
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:
Completion of at least 20 CPE credits of JTR-related training within the last five (5) years
Ability to prepare official travel arrangements with knowledge of Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and reimbursement processes for relocations as necessary
