Invoke Staffing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our electrical construction team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Update and Maintain Accurate Records**: Ensure that all field time tracking records, including roll call spreadsheets and employee timesheets, are up-to-date and accurate.
- **Compliance and Reporting**: Review and report time to temp agencies and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- **Temp Employee Management**: Manage and maintain temp employees in ClockShark, our time tracking app, to ensure seamless integration with our operations.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all new job sites receive necessary safety and labor law documentation, and maintain accurate safety records, including training documentation and field safety clothing and gear.
- **Apprenticeship Program Management**: Coordinate and manage our apprenticeship program with ApprenticeshipNC and WTCC WakeWorks to support the growth and development of our team members.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and submit monthly sales tax reports to ensure accurate financial reporting.
