Priceless Home Improvements is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to oversee our office operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Team while managing essential administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office functions to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide necessary administrative assistance to executives as required.
- Track employee attendance and manage time records.
- Facilitate communication through various channels including digital, postal, and telephonic.
- Maintain comprehensive employee documentation.
- Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.
- Handle expense report reconciliation and submissions.
- Utilize spreadsheets for project tracking and data management.
- Assist in onboarding new employees.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Learn and operate the CRM system effectively.
- Conduct daily outbound calls as per the schedule.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in record keeping and supervision, preferably in the construction sector.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
