Your Opportunity:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Services team as a Shuttle Driver. The ideal candidate will utilize their friendly demeanor to create a lasting first impression for our guests upon arrival and throughout their stay. As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide transportation for guests in the local area while sharing your knowledge about the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding attractions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate guests' exploration of the area and enhance their experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests and showing genuine interest
  • Welcome guests into your vehicle, assisting with their luggage as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of local traffic patterns and popular destinations
  • Offer recommendations for attractions and dining options
  • Ensure the shuttle is clean and operational, reporting any issues to management
  • Assist guests in arranging alternative transportation when necessary
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to provide personalized guest experiences
  • Support lobby staff in maintaining a tidy and organized entrance area
  • Strive to exceed guest expectations and foster positive interactions

What We Are Looking For:

  • A minimum of one year in a customer service role with significant guest interaction
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
  • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
