Project Manager - Transportation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Transportation Engineering team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing transportation engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage project teams, including transportation engineers, designers, and technicians
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • PE license and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • 8+ years of progressively responsible transportation engineering experience
  • AutoCAD and/or MicroStation 3D experience, with Civil 3D and/or InRoads experience a plus
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to organize and delegate
  • A healthy balance of logic and creativity, with a passion for serving others and delivering high-quality work
