Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will have the opportunity to identify and develop new business opportunities and build relationships with local community leaders.
The objective of the role is to grow our delivery network by recruiting new business partners and expanding our presence in local markets. This individual must be a strong sales leader and have the ability to excel in a rapidly growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold calling and prospecting
- Building relationships with community leaders and stakeholders
- Data analysis and CRM (Salesforce) management
- Operational improvement and process optimization
Requirements:
- Experience in sales leadership and account development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to travel 50%-75%
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience
