The Opportunity

This Senior Account Operations Specialist role is responsible for managing the operational aspects of business development process and refining best practices for agency growth. You'll work closely with internal teams and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and support growth objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Oversee and track revenue pipelines, coordinate weekly updates, and manage budgets and financial metrics.
  • Content Management: Maintain a comprehensive repository of materials, including case studies, capabilities, and past proposals.
  • Business Development: Assist with RFI development, content creation, editing, proofreading, and coordination to ensure submissions align with client needs and agency strengths.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency, contributing to continuous process improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or business development.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, senior leadership, and practice leads.
  • Strong project and time management skills with a focus on accuracy and detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to manage quick-turn projects while engaging with senior leaders and maintaining high standards of execution.
  • Interest in business strategy, analytics, and finance with a keen understanding of communications processes and
