About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Executive to lead our Sales team in driving customer growth and accelerating business outcomes.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and deepen our relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Leverage industry knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer needs
  • Provide coaching and development to direct reports to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed
  • Manage work efforts and performance of direct reports, including hiring, firing, performance appraisals, and pay reviews

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of outside sales, direct sales, or B2B sales-related experience
  • Experience selling business technology solutions directly to mid-market, mid-size, or enterprise businesses is preferred
  • At least 1+ year of leadership experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Finance, Marketing or a related field is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
