The Resident Transition Specialist plays a crucial role in engaging with our future residents and their families, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with department heads to facilitate a smooth transition into our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with all community managers and departments.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all interactions with prospective residents.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the community, its advantages, and the services offered.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with decorators and subcontractors involved in the move-in process to guarantee a smooth transition.
  • Stay informed about unit availability and the vacancy status.
  • Conduct tours to provide a comprehensive overview of the community, addressing the specific needs of prospective residents.
  • Provide families with all necessary move-in documentation and ensure timely completion and submission.
  • Support residents and their families throughout the transition with ongoing communication, empathy, and reassurance.
  • Notify all team members of the upcoming move-in date and share essential information about the new resident.
Qualifications:
  • At least one year of experience in customer service; prior sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the senior living sector is preferred.
  • Due to the nature of our work with vulnerable populations, a criminal background check is required.
Compensation:

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
