Job Summary

The Rose Medical Center Nurse Residency Program is a comprehensive training program designed to support the transition of new graduate nurses into professional practice. This 12-month program provides a structured learning environment, hands-on clinical experience, and mentorship from experienced nurses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient condition and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing standards
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
