About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a critical member of our revenue operations team, you will be responsible for go-to-market strategy & operations, working closely with our Senior Director, Revenue Operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Account Segmentation & Territory management
  • Quota management and commission calculations (with finance)
  • Automation of reporting to facilitate democratization of data
  • Enforcement of Processes (MQL; rules of engagement; etc.)
  • Ongoing operations to support run-rate business plus new initiatives (led by Senior Director, Revenue Operations)

You will also be responsible for ownership of operational and strategic support for business units within the broader GTM team, defining KPIs, developing operating cadence, etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau
  • Ability to understand business problems and translate them into data questions
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Desired Experience

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics) and 1-3 years of experience in a data-focused role (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, strategy & operations).
