Job Summary

M&R Hotel Management is seeking a seasoned Revenue Management professional to lead our revenue growth initiatives in New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize revenue from all distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Conduct regular yield analysis and provide recommendations for long-term and short-term revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRO performance, including conversions, regrets, and denial statistics.
  • Develop pricing strategies for all markets and seasons.
  • Maximize REVPAR by analyzing demand and establishing effective selling strategies.
  • Work closely with General Managers and hotel teams to establish revenue growth strategies.
  • Contribute to the financial success of the hotel by participating in the annual budgeting process.
  • Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly revenue management reports.
  • Maintain historical data from all distribution channels.
  • Identify and share best practices across the portfolio.
  • Successfully onboard new hotels as the portfolio grows.
Requirements
  • New York City knowledge and experience preferred.
  • Previous revenue management experience in hotels.
  • Experience with Choice, IHG, Hilton, and Marriott brands.
  • Knowledge of internet distribution channels and business models.
  • Experience partnering with OTA contacts and representatives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with ProfitSword/ProfitSage experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Skilled in relationship building.
