Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and providing strategic counsel to drive their objectives.
  • Communication Strategy: Design and implement effective communication plans to engage healthcare professionals and drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Financial Management: Assist in budgeting and financial management, ensuring accurate invoicing and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of account management experience in a healthcare communications and/or logistics company.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and experience in healthcare communications and logistics.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science preferred or of graduate caliber.
