At The Lede Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our spirits and lifestyle clients, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and building strong relationships with media and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and pitch compelling stories and narratives to secure consistent product-centric coverage and build strong brand awareness
  • Lead client programs and campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and external partners
  • Write, proof, and edit a variety of PR and marketing materials, contributing to the development of client messaging and media targets
  • Oversee coordinators and assistants, mentoring junior staff and ensuring the successful execution of client agendas and reporting
  • Communicate with clients regularly, building strong relationships and handling day-to-day client tasks with ease
  • Contribute to the development of client PR strategies, including creative seeding ideas and media targets
  • Collaborate with partner teams within the agency and client partner agencies to drive business growth and achieve client objectives
  • Support onsite at events, coordinate logistics, and coordinate retail promotions to drive business results
  • Contribute to monthly, project, and event reporting and recaps across all clients
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, English, public relations, or marketing
  • 4+ years' experience in brand PR/comms, preferably at a public relations agency
  • Solid media relationships with exceptional pitching capabilities
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Business acumen with the ability to communicate across departments within the organization
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing
