About the Role

The Manager, Sales Account Management is a critical role at SC Johnson Professional, responsible for achieving and maintaining all customer standards by overseeing and directing businesses and activities of the internal sales and cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and direct the sales and cross-functional team to achieve customer standards.
  • Oversee and direct business activities to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and peers.
  • Access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from complex data.
  • Motivate individuals and manage third-party resources.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple priorities successfully.
  • Get results with and through people who do not report directly to you or work for SCJ.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant business CPG experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years relevant business CPG experience.
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex, ambiguous, and changing environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with customers and peers.
  • Ability to access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from complex data.

  • Proficient and thorough knowledge of all business software.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities successfully.
  • Ability to get results with and through people who do not report directly to you or work for SCJ.
